VD Homes works with landholders, investment partners and owners who want a residential project delivered properly. VD Homes is led by a registered Victorian Domestic Builder (Unlimited), which means the standards set in design and planning are carried through to the site by the same team.
Feasibility, due diligence and site acquisition; concept design and planning approvals; budget, finance and market assessment; and coordination of sales or leasing at the end. We carry a project from first assessment to a completed asset, keeping its value in view at every decision.
Budget and cost control, consultant and contractor appointment, design coordination, procurement, authority approvals and handover — managed on your behalf, with clear reporting so you always know where the project stands.
On-site management and contractor engagement with a direct focus on quality, safety and programme. VD Homes is led by a registered Victorian Domestic Builder (Unlimited), so construction is overseen within the same team that planned the project.
