VD Homes was established in Melbourne in 2016 to develop residential projects of a quality we would be content to live in ourselves. VD Homes is led by a registered Victorian Domestic Builder (Unlimited), so design, approvals and construction are overseen by the same people from beginning to end rather than handed between parties along the way.

We work with landholders, investment partners and owners. Some bring a site and want it developed in full; others need a project or a build managed on their behalf. In each case the approach is the same: understand what you want to achieve, be straightforward about what is achievable, and keep the conversation open until the keys are handed over.
